Please note that all sales are final. No cash refunds.  

Any return must be accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase.

Ayr Wellness can only replace manufacturer-related defects or failures on medicinal products (this excludes devices). Any products that are damaged due to user error, negligence, or misuse cannot be replaced, exchanged, or returned. Ayr Wellness is unable to accept returns for empty pods or cartridges.

PAX and G-Pen offer 1 year manufacturer warranties. All PAX Era or G-Pen device returns must be submitted through the manufacturer.

Flower products are non-refundable.  

Ayr Wellness is unable to accept product returns for reuse or resale. All products with manufacturer defects or failures must be inspected at one of our dispensary locations by the manager on-staff. If a Ayr Wellness manager notes that a product is defective or failed due to manufacturer error, the product can be replaced or exchanged for a similar product of equal or lessor value. The returned product will then be disposed of through the proper channels and protocol.

All manufacturer defects must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
